Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Most items have no restocking fee. However, custom items, special orders, and certain electronics may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If we ship the wrong item, we'll cover all return shipping costs and expedite the correct item to you.
Products with manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. Contact us for warranty service or replacement.
